  1. Processors and Motherboards – 1 Year warranty
    2. Ram (Gaming and Non-Gaming) – 1 Year warranty
    3. Video Card (Brand New) – 1 Year warranty
    4. Monitors (Manufacturer Warranty) – 1 Year warranty
    5. Power Supply (True rated or non-rated) – 3 months warranty
    6. Internal Storage (SSD, HDD) – 3 months warranty
    7. All Preowned / 2nd Hand – 7 days warranty
    8. Computer Case Accessories and Peripherals (mouse, keyboard, speaker, etc) – 3 days warranty
    9. AVR / UPS devices – 3 days warranty
    10. Freebies – No Warranty
    11. Software (OS, Office, Antivirus, etc) – No Warranty
    12. Printers (Subject to Manufacturer warranty) – No Warranty

 

Warranty does not cover the following:
A. All physical damages including but not limited to: electrical over stress (EOS) or “overclocking, bent pins, melted wires, circuit board cut traces, blown
metal lines, corrosion due to accumulated dirt / moisture or insect / rodent urine, improper assembly, poor care, scratches, damages during transport,
water damage, or damages caused by natural disaster.
B. Products repair made by a 3 rd party.
Warranty process:
A. Items covered by warranty must still have its complete box / packaging and accessories.
B. Items covered by warranty will be sent to supplier. Replacement may be available in up to 90 days from shipping date to supplier.
C. Shipment fee / errand fee from customer to store will be covered by the customer.
D. Defective items under warranty that have no available replacement are eligible for an upgrade, provided that the customer pays for the price
difference between the upgraded and older model. Warranty on the replacement / upgraded item will be carried over from the defective items
warranty date.
E. Always keep the OFFICIAL RECEIPT to facilitate Warranty Claims. NO RECEIPT NO WARRANTY.
